After completing her education in Europe and the western United States, she began her professional journey in California as an educator. With the expansion of her family, Susan returned to Pennsylvania, where she transitioned her career toward mental health and social work, further deepening her ability to support people through challenging life transitions.
As one of the firm’s Elder Care Coordinators, Susan leverages extensive experience from both hospital and outpatient social work settings to deliver comprehensive case management. She excels in developing individualized care plans, facilitating multi-disciplinary care conferences, coordinating private home care, and managing personal care or nursing home placements. Susan’s approach is holistic and client-centered, always tailored to the unique needs and histories of the people she serves.
